Terms & Conditions Of Trade

These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire contract between Pronghorn One Pty Ltd and you for the supply of products. The contract can not be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

Trading Terms

Payment in Full before Delivery.
Please notify our accounts department by E-mail on accounts@cashregister.com.au if you have made a direct deposit into our account so your order can be processed without delay. Full Payment of order is required prior to dispatch. Credit Cards accepted: MasterCard, Visa card, Bankcard & Paypal

Tax Invoice
Your tax invoice will arrive with your goods and when you have placed your order online. There is no minimum purchase amount.

Prices
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the website. All prices are exclusive of GST. The price of the item(s) does not include the delivery charge. Prices can change and our latest price is always displayed on our website. Third party websites may not always list our current prices.

Stock Availability
Orders placed and paid for online are subject to availability. We will notify you as soon as you have paid fo the order, whether we currently have stock and when the items are ready for collection or when they will be delivered. Please allow 7 to 10 days for out of stock items.

Delivery
A flat delivery of $15 per order applies within the Perth Metro area from our warehouse in Balcatta. Orders above $500 are delivered at no charge.  Orders outside Perth Metropolitan will attract a $30 delivery charge.  We only sell and deliver Products within Western Australia. We will not make deliveries outside of Australia.

Retention of Title Clause
All goods invoiced and delivered remain the property of Pronghorn One Pty Ltd; until payment in full has been received by Pronghorn One Pty Ltd.

Returns Policy

All Software products sold are considered final.

No returns on software once a licence has been issued will be accepted.

Warranty

Warranty only applies for all new Hardware supplied by Pronghorn One Pty Ltd for use in Australia Only and is as per the Manufacturer Warranty.

Warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper voltage, liquid spillage, pest infestation, software or any other alterations not authorized by Pronghorn One Pty Ltd.

All items subject to warranty claim need to be shipped back to Pronghorn One Pty Ltd offices if required at the cost of the customer.

The goods will be repaired or replaced (at Pronghorn One Pty Ltd’s discretion) and will be shipped back to the customer at the cost of the customer by a courier nominated by the customer.

MCR requires that all orders are E-mailed to our Sales Department, as no responsibility is taken for errors in any orders placed over the phone.

Claims for short deliveries and DOA’s will not be considered after 7 days from invoice date.

A restocking fee of 15% of original cost applies. (Goods need to be in original condition and packed as new, no shipping labels on the boxes).
Please ensure the specifications of the Hardware are suitable prior to purchase.

Pronghorn One Pty Ltd provides software on as is bases, and makes no representation or warranty that the software or documentation are error free or meet any users particular standards, requirements, or needs.

Pronghorn One Pty Ltd disclaims any claim for or right to recover any damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the software or special, incidental or consequential damages, or other similar claims, even if Pronghorn One Pty Ltd has been specially advised of the possibility of such damages.
