Sharp Entry-Level Model Range: XE

XE-A102

An ideal starting model for the small business, the Sharp XE-A102 is easy to install, easy to operate, and up and running with a minimum of programming needed to tailor the XE-A102 for your business. The XE-A102 has a large LED operator display and is fitted with widely spaced keys for comfortable operation. Attractively designed as a self-contained unit, the space saving drawer allows all cash to be stored in three bill and five coin compartments.

XE-A203

The new Sharp XE-A203 provides functions for immediate monitoring of sales data, tax calculations and efficient operation, allowing tracing of sales while keeping checkout queues moving. Its 5000 line Electronic Journal and the ability to connect to a PC (via USB port) combine to give you powerful reporting potential. The quiet thermal receipt printer is very fast and can be set to on-demand receipt printing to cut your paper costs (and there is no need for ink ribbons or ink rollers with thermal printers). Changing paper rolls is a matter of seconds with the "drop'n'load" printer.

XE-A213

The "big brother" of the XE-A203, the Sharp XE-A213 has very similar features to the 203 but is more suited for those who want to have plenty of direct PLU keys with pre-programmed prices. The two-line operator display shows both the name and the price of selected items, making it easier to prevent operator errors. The flat keyboard comes with a wet cover to protect it against spilt liquids, making it ideal for use in taverns or other environments where liquids are being used. Three level shift keys can be used to access additional PLUs or as different price levels (e.g. for a sale, or during "happy hour").

XE-A303

With a large number of departments and PLUs and separate receipt and journal printers (both thermal), the Sharp XE-A303 gives you more control over your business by allowing you to break down your business into more departments and sub departments and therefore to view more detailed reports. It also comes with graphics support, which allows you to have a graphical logo on the receipt you give out to your customers.
